In a lop-sided win the Riverton Raptors registered 5 runs in the 9th inning
and ripped the Richmond Mudcats by a 10 to 3 count.
 
J.D. Drew had a big day against Richmond.  He laced a base-knock bringing in a
run in the 1st inning, popped a two-run clout over the fence (his 1st of the
season) in the 3rd inning and tripled plating two runs in the 9th inning.
For the game Riverton out-hit Richmond 14 to 7.  
 
The win went to Ryan Dempster(1-0) who allowed 3 runs in 7 innings. Cliff
Lee(0-1) was given the loss.  'They made a couple of mistakes and I took full
advantage,' Drew said 'next time I'm sure they'll pitch me tougher.'
