Kyle Kendrick carried a no-hitter into the 6th inning at Shea Stadium as the
Milwaukee Rams beat the Erie County Sea Wolves by the count of 8 to
1.
 
Kendrick(3-3) put on a good performance.  He didn't allow much, just 2 hits
and 2 walks in 6 and 2/3 innings.  The right-handed Kendrick lost his chance
for a no-hitter when Adam Lind singled with one out in the 6th inning.
Milwaukee ended up with 9 hits for the game while Erie County had 4.  
 
Kevin Millwood(2-4) suffered the loss.  He gave up 9 hits and 2 walks in 8
innings.
