The Tampa Bay Bandits tallied 4 runs in the 5th inning and toppled the
Riverton Raptors by a 8 to 4 score at SAFECO Field.
 
Riverton was unable to claim the lead after Tampa Bay went ahead in the bottom
of the 4th inning as they scored 2 runs on 3 base hits.  Tampa Bay had a
total of 10 hits for the game.  
 
The victory was credited to Joe Saunders(8-2) who went 5 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 3 runs. Nick Blackburn(6-5) was tagged with the loss.  He was
knocked around pretty good, giving up 7 runs in 4 and 1/3 innings.
