Ryan Dempster had a strong outing and center fielder Torii Hunter had 3 base
hits as the Riverton Raptors won at Busch Stadium in dramatic fashion over
the Roeland Park Royals, the final score, 1 to 0.

Riverton won the game with a run in the bottom of the 9th inning. Hunter
smacked a single. Leo Nunez then unleashed a wild pitch. Scott Rolen then
doubled resulting in a mighty exciting win for Riverton and the 45,938 home
